私の家には野菜畑があります。野菜を育てているとハッピイな気持ちになるのはどうしてでしょう？種をまいて　芽がでるのを待ったら　今度は花が咲いて　そして実がなって　私はそれを感謝して収穫します。野菜の持つパワーにはいつもびっくりします。喉の調子がすぐれないとき　なまのショウガを薄くきってそのまま食べたりお茶にいれたりすると即　効果があります。息子が風邪ぎみのときは　ガーリックをいっぱい入れた野菜スープを作ります。とその晩、驚くほどの汗が出て　熱が下がっています。野菜づくしの食事をダンナさんに作り続けたらコレステロールの薬を飲まなくてもいいよと先生に言われました。そんな凄い力のある野菜なのに　レストランへ行くとサイドデッシュもしくはサラダというカテゴリーに追いやられています。私　納得いきません。不思議、本当に不思議。
私は自宅にあるこの料理教室で、皆さんが色々なシェフ達から技術やアイデアを習い、お家に帰って　家族やお友達と楽しみながらその知識をシェアしてもらえる、　そういうことを経験できたら最高だと思っています。

The wonders that vegetables can create always give me a surprise.

When the throat is suffering, consuming raw ginger, whether it is in tea or ready to eat slices, the pain naturally goes away.

Times when my son has suffered from a fever, I always make a vegetable soup with lots of garlic. That night he sweats and the next day he has either recovered or got a lot better.

Everyday my husband eats my vegetable dishes. The effects of eating lots of vegetables to him have lowered his blood pressure and he no longer needs medication to combat cholesterol.

Despite all the amazing miracles, which vegetables hold, it seems like vegetables are treated only as part of the category of "side dishes” or “garnish” or “salad” in a restaurant. I always wonder why this is the case...

I hope those that come to my cooking classes will use the skills and ideas in their everyday lives. I hope that they could cook for their family and friends by surprising the people around them. To me that is what is fun and life is all about.
